But all of this is a mere backdrop for a journey of the soul that Bull undergoes when he learns that he’s about to get snipped. Convinced that being neutered will destroy any romantic prospects he may have with Honey, Bull goes on an adventure to sow his oats one final time before a life of dick-less misery. Pictures was originally set to distribute the film through their New Line Cinema banner, but dropped the film by August 2024 as part of cost-saving measures by Warner Bros. The film had its world premiere on June 11, 2025, at the 2025 Annecy International Animation Film Festival, before releasing worldwide on Netflix on August 13 to mixed reviews from critics. After learning he’s getting neutered, a dog has 24 hours to squeeze in one last balls-to-the-wall adventure with the boys.
Inevitably, Bull is neutered, but not before he becomes the father of his and Honey’s litter of thirteen puppies. Meanwhile, Sterling discovers that he also will be neutered, much to his horror as Luther mocks him. Later on, Honey and her own pack of friends visit the strip club from earlier to watch a grizzly bear male stripper perform onstage, to the delight of the audience and to Bull, Rocco, Fetch and Lucky’s astonishment. Bull is a Mutt from Chicago who frequently humps anything that piques his interest to vent his perverse instincts. He is friends with Rocco, a Boxer, Fetch, a Dachshund and Lucky, a Jack Russell Terrier, all of whom except for Bull have been neutered, which makes them a target of ridicule from the haughty, self-absorbed Borzoi show-dog, Sterling. Bull also harbors a crush on his show-dog neighbor, another Borzoi named Honey, but is hesitant to reveal his true feelings for her.

However, she is arguably most well-known for her role as Agatha Harkness in the MCU. Pictures, Genndy Tartakovsky’s adult animated adventure, Fixed, about a dog who embarks on an adventure with his friends on the eve of his neutering, is coming to Netflix on August 13, 2025. The problem with “Fixed” is the inconsistent and largely laugh-free script, one that thinks an underground dog sex club what is fixed asset management that plays “Candy Shop” is edgy. It’s hard to believe Warner Bros., Sony, or anyone was ever going to release this mess in theaters.
Desperation destroys comic timing, and this thing is drenched in the flop sweat of a stand-up comedian who knows he’s losing his audience. In an era when “South Park” is going HAM on the President of the United States, creators have to do more than end the writing at “dog sex”. And the film is constantly doing that thing where gross-out comedies turn to the camera and say, “Can you believe we’re getting away with this??!?! All of this sounds great, and the best thing about “Fixed” is the expressive animation, even when what’s being expressed are Bull’s talking genitals. Soon, Bull, Honey, and the others are seized by animal control and taken to the dog pound, where Honey is eventually released when her owners are contacted about her whereabouts via a microchip. Realizing that Honey and Sterling will mate due to both of them winning the dog show, Bull and his friends escape the pound and venture to Bull’s house, though Lucky deviates from the group to reunite with Frankie.
